These rules apply to all guests visiting The Pitch LLC. Following them keeps everyone safe and ensures a great experience for the whole community.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund. The Pitch LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk or disrupts the experience of other guests.
Be respectful to guests and staff at all times.
No outside food or drinks.
Exception: Birthday parties and private full-venue rentals may bring outside catering. No outside alcohol is permitted under any circumstances — no exceptions.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The Pitch is a family-friendly venue — keep language and behavior appropriate.
We reserve the right to remove any guest who violates safety or conduct rules.
No profanity, aggressive language, threatening behavior, or physical altercations.
Guests must follow all directions from Pitch staff immediately.
No weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises.
Only one hitter in the BatBox at a time.
All players must follow staff instructions.
No swinging outside the designated hitting area.
No food or drinks inside the BatBox.
Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Misuse of equipment may result in removal from play.
Staff may pause or stop play at any time for safety.
Helmets must be worn at all times inside batting cages — no exceptions.
All spectators and waiting guests must remain behind the safety netting.
BatBox private sessions are for the reserved party only. Do not enter an occupied BatBox.
Session time limits are strictly enforced. Please exit promptly when your session ends.
Treat all arcade machines and tabletop games with care. Do not bang, kick, shake, or strike machines.
Take turns fairly — do not monopolize machines when other guests are waiting.
Report any machine malfunctions to staff. Do not attempt to fix machines yourself.
Tabletop games must be returned to their designated storage area after use.
Food and drinks are not permitted near arcade machines or tabletop game areas.
No saving machines or holding spots for extended periods.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the facility.
Guests who appear intoxicated will not be served and may be asked to leave.
Please dispose of all trash in designated receptacles. Help us keep the facility clean.
Spills must be reported to staff immediately to prevent slip hazards.
No glass containers are permitted in batting cage areas.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+) at all times during public hours.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of minors in their care.
All minors participating in batting cage activities must have a signed liability waiver on file.
The Pitch is not a daycare or drop-off facility. Unsupervised minors will result in a parent/guardian being contacted.
Kids Club members (ages 6–12) are supervised under the Kids Club program during designated Kids Club hours only (Tue–Thu, 3–6 PM).
Children must be fully potty trained and able to use restrooms independently. Staff are not able to provide restroom assistance.
The Pitch LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Guests who cause intentional damage to facility property will be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.
No climbing on equipment, barriers, netting, or any facility structure.
Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are prohibited inside the facility and within 25 feet of all entrances.
Pets are not permitted inside the facility, with the exception of ADA-recognized service animals.
Emergency exits are for emergency use only. Tampering with fire safety equipment is a criminal offense.
The Pitch LLC reserves the right to use security cameras throughout the facility for the safety of all guests and staff.
Verbal Warning
Staff will issue a verbal warning for first-time minor violations.
Session Suspension
Continued violations result in removal from the current activity or session without refund.
Removal from Facility
Serious or repeated violations result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.
Permanent Ban
Physical altercations, intentional property damage, or threatening behavior toward staff or guests may result in a permanent ban from The Pitch LLC.
All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating in batting cage sessions or other activities.
